Sessions and Fees

            For most sessions, there are no session fees.  A deposit of $50 is required at the time of the session.  This deposit is a credit toward the order if placed with into 30 for viewing the Portrait Images.  We post the photos online so you can view at home at ease.

            For events, we charge just for our time initially, usually $200.  After that you can purchase different options, including the full digital files and copyright.  The final price will depends on the length of the event and the number of images creates.  But the $200 is a deposit and will be credited toward the final purchase.

Extra Fees:  Travel time exceeds 30 minutes from Studio Location.  $10 per 15 minutes.  Orders includes minor retouching.  Any major retouching like removing people, switching heads from poses, etc is charge $10 per 30 minutes. 

Sessions :

All sessions are about 60 minutes.  For most it takes less time.  The time reserved for your sessions is scheduled for clients.  If delays happens, that may take away time from your session.  So if possible, please arrive on time.  For On-Location session, we allow a little extra time just in case there is delays.  Photographers are usually there, but on rare occasion, delays do happen.

Deluxe Originals – 4x5s or 4x6s:  Set of 10 4x6s proofs, $80, additional after set $7 each.  Less than 10 proofs, $12 each.  Proofs are finished full retouched prints, only 1 copy can be printed.

Basic Originals – 4x5s or 4x6s:  Set of 10 4x6s proofs, $50, additional after set $4 each.  Less than 10 proofs, $ 8 each.  Proofs are finished unretouched prints, only 1 copy can be printed.

Originals are NOT proofs.  They are fully color corrected and printed on high quality paper.  Sometime clients perfer to have hard copies of images to order form.

Portrait Reprints:

 Portrait prints are ordered by Portrait Sheets.  A portrait sheet is an 8x10 paper and can have different sizes of the same poses on that paper.  They can include either 1-8x10, or 2-5x7s, or 4-4x5s, or 3-4x6s or 8-wallets.  But all portraits prints are cut for you.

We have three price levels on the portrait sheets.

For Portraits with Adults, the first portrait sheet sheet is $40 and additional portrait sheets of the same price are $35.

For Portraits of Teens(age 19-13) such as Senior Portraits, the first sheet is $35 and additionals sheets are $25.

For Portraits of Children(age 12 and under), the first sheet is $30 and additional portrait sheets are $20.

And if you order within 30 days of previewing your images, you will receive the $50 paid at the session time and 10% off the printed order.
